Training goals & benefits
For people working in the legal area, time is often the main source for generating income. And because this ressource is limited, not storable and independent from all the other parameters, in this seminar block we want to take the time to ponder over this most important ressource.
Time management is something other than simply being punctual for an appointment, and is more that no longer wasting time gossiping with colleagues. Time management is the centerpiece of all work methodology as well as successful self management.
Arranged according to your structural and workflow organization, this seminar block introduces practical solutions for optimising commercial and personal timing and how to perfect your own working techniques. On the basis of examples, check lists and practical exercises your will learn the most important time management rules and what mistakes may be avoided.
A second main focus is how to deal with stress. In an area of work focussed on quickness and productivity, certain activities and values such as calmness, quiet-ness and idleness seem useless, even damaging. To reach your goals you must run faster. But productivity should not center exclusively around abuse of the body at the cost of good health! Approximately 25 percent of all workers are mentally worn out. Is that the price for success? Antique philosophy's answer to this question is NO. Not only because "work" was thought of as a negative activity of slaves, because free men pursue activities that are challenging and enjoyable.
Self-coaching and mental training complete this introduction into the meaning of time.
