Portefeuille Oratory :: Block Rhetoric

Training goals & benefits

On the way to the vocational success, personal appearance and linguistic skill are the most important bases for successful communication. The participants will reduce their speaking fear and inhibitions and will discover what effect their use of language and gesture has on others. Specifically directed use of language with strategic objectives under immediate time pressure necessitates knowledge of rhetorical structures.
The way we behave in conversations and the successes achieved are characterised by individual, learnable components. Therefore your own conversational style is analysed and combined with the knowledge of rhetorical structures. Everyone has certain strengths and charisma. We will quickly work out your strengths and will develop your own individual, charismatic communication style by revealing and eliminating unfavourable behaviour and negative wording, including subconscious derogation and subjugation tendencies.
The goal of our training is to develop a refined, convincing speaking style that builds on your individual expressive and persuasive strengths.
